Have you ever kissed a package of Oreos?

Today's Funny Sarah Moment: The sun -- you know, that thing in the sky that light comes out of? -- made a brief appearance while Sarah and I were eating breakfast this morning. It was so bright that Sarah started making shadow figures on the wall behind our table. She made a bird, a rabbit, and a face.
Me: You're really good at that, Sarah.
Sarah: Is easy. I think you can try.
(I try to do a face like the one Sarah is making, but mine isn't very good.)
Sarah: Oh, I think your face is very ugly.
Me: (laughing hysterically)
This afternoon, the sun made another brief appeareance while I waswasting time working in the computer room. I decided to enjoy it by taking a walk to the supermarket to drop off my disposable camera. By the time I got to my room, got my stuff together, and pulled my coat, the sun had not only disappeared, but it was raining. And this is the second time this has happened this week! It was sunny Saturday morning and I wanted to take a walk to the cemetery and take some photographs for Find-a-Grave, but within a few minutes it was cloudy and raining. Grrr...
But it wasn't a total waste, because I went to the supermarket anyway, dropped off my camera, and did a little shopping. And what did I find? A package of Oreos! Oreos! I had a craving for them a few months ago and looked for them in every store in town, but I wasn't surprised when I didn't find any. One of my French professors told me that Oreos are a joke in France, and this professor once bought some Oreos to his friends so they could try them and laugh at the crap Americans eat. (I am not kidding.) When I saw them today, I stopped in the middle of the aisle and just stared at them, I was so shocked. Of course I bought a pack, and I've already decided that I'm going to eat them all myself and not share with the other assistants. I'm not even sorry.
