Oh my gosh, I love feta cheese! I think I like it even better than goat cheese, although it's close. I think feta is usually made from sheep, although it can be made from goat sometimes too. I know what Brie is, but I haven't had any yet. Me and the other assistants are planning to make a day trip into Paris this Saturday, so maybe I'll try some there. I hope Eva enjoyed herself at the parade. I remember last year we went to it together with Grandma & Aunt Carla and it was a lot of fun. We caught so much good candy, not just the cheap stuff like Tootsie Rolls that you usually get at parades.
