I enjoy Feta cheese, which is goat cheese, but i think they put different flavorings in the cheese. you have got to try Bri cheese, i think that is how it is spelled. i do believe it is a "french cheese". Eva is at Grandma's tonight for the Saint Louis parade. She (Eva) talked about you on the way there. Maybe it that cheese is spelled Bre cheese, anyhow it is pronouced like BREE. anyway it is creamy, flavorful and wonderful on fresh baked bread. i also LOVE strong cheese with apples and grapes, and since apples are in season we are going to be eating that alot.
