Rubina Ali was in Slumdog Millionaire which is a very graphic movie about two brothers and a girl (all orphaned in the movie) in their plight to get out of the slums. It's a very good movie. The sad thing is 2 out of the 3 actors live in the slums but in part it's to protect them from gangs and/or the parents abusing the situation.
